Summary: For students with moderate to profound bilateral hearing loss admitted to a college or university program that primarily enrolls students with normal hearing.

Eligibility: Must demonstrate a serious commitment to academic and career excellence, must have unaided puretone average of 500, 1,000, and 2,000 Hz, and be committed to using spoken language.
