American Chemical Society Scholars Program

Summary: For underrepresented minority students who wish to enter the field of chemistry or a related field such as toxicology or chemical technology. Based on need, academic merit, career objective, and leadership and community involvement.       

Eligibility: Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, have a minimum GPA of 3.0, and demonstrate need. Must show intent to major and work in chemical science or chemical technology if not doing so already.

Amount: Up to $5,000 per academic year
