AMS III took flight at the beginning of the year. They were given a one in a lifetime opportunity, an opportunity our Scholars gladly accepted and with excitement, were packed and ready to go! This was a great experience  where students enhanced their knowledge and were exposed to other parts of the world. In life our circumstances and responsibilities tend to cause a barrier between our experiences and enrichment. That is why we found it essential to teach our scholars the importance of putting themselves out there and getting rid of the heavy weight created by fear. During this trip and this wonderful journey, scholars were able to partake in tours which opened their eyes to a different culture and way of life then what they were used to. They got to taste different food, take different types of transportation and even attend schooling that differed from the environment in AMS III. This trip was much needed. The experience was great and the trip overall was great but the knowledge grasped from Denmark and its people were even better.
