After the Residency

• During their first year of teaching, residents will receive school-based mentoring and induction support.

• Throughout their careers as NYC public school teachers, residents will be able to draw upon the network of mentors and residents from their cohort for collaboration and support.

• Residents commit to teaching in New Visions schools for four years after their completion of the residency.
