Summary: For legally blind high school seniors accepted to a full-time undergraduate program. Preference given to applicants residing in the New York City metropolitan area and to new immigrants to the United States.

Eligibility: Must be legally blind, demonstrate financial need, and be a U.S. resident. Noncitizens may apply.
