  • National Institutes of Health Undergraduate Scholarship Program

    Summary: For students from disadvantaged backgrounds who are committed to careers in biomedical, behavioral, or social science research.

    Eligibility: Must commit to working at NIH during the summer and as a full-time employee after graduation. Must be a U.S. citizen, national or qualified noncitizen with exceptional financial need and a minimum GPA of 3.5 (or in the top 5 percent of the class). Must be enrolled or accepted as a full-time student at an accredited, four-year undergraduate institution.

  • The Eileen J. Garrett Scholarship

    Summary: For undergraduate and graduate students who are completing parapsychology degrees or conducting parapsychological research as part of their degree requirements.

    Eligibility: Must demonstrate a previous interest in parapsychology by including writing samples on the subject with the application form.

    Summary: For high school seniors to compete nationally with original projects in a wide range of mathematics and science disciplines.

    Eligibility: Must be a high school student and U.S. citizen who is planning to study electronic engineering, mechanical engineering, applied sciences, computer science or a related field.

  • Siemens Competition in Math, Science & Technology

    Summary: For high school seniors to compete for college scholarships with individual or team research projects.

    Eligibility: Must complete a science, math, engineering or technologies research project and plan a career/major in science or mathematics. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.

    Summary: For minority students planning a major or career in chemistry, information management, computing and software systems, material science, printing management science, laser optics, physics or engineering.

    Summary: For students with an undergraduate major or career interest in agriculture or a related field.

    Eligibility: Must be a Grange member with demonstrated financial need and must reside, be accepted to, and attend college in New York state.
