    Summary: For high school seniors who have promoted vegetarianism or veganism in school or community.

    Eligibility: Applicants must show compassion, courage and a strong commitment to promoting a peaceful world through a vegetarian diet and lifestyle.

  • Patrick Kerr Skateboard Scholarship

    Summary: For graduating high school seniors who are skateboarders.

    Eligibility: Must possess a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale, have U.S. citizenship and enroll in a full-time undergraduate course of study at an accredited two- or four-year college/university.

  • Wendy's High School Heisman Award

    Summary: For high school seniors who excel in academics, athletics and student leadership.

    Eligibility: Must be a high school senior with at least a B grade average and participate in at least one of the 27 sports officially sanctioned by the National Federation of State High Schools.

  • Albert Shanker College Scholarship Fund

    Summary: Two hundred scholarships awarded to public high school graduates each year.

    Eligibility: New York City public high school seniors with high academic standing and demonstrated leadership in school and community. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements for Pell Grants (need-based).

    Summary: For New York State high school seniors, based on academic achievement.

    Eligibility: Graduating high school senior planning on enrolling in a full-time postsecondary institution. Must be a U.S. citizen or qualifying noncitizen and a New York State Resident.

  • Robert C. Byrd Honors Scholarship Program

    Summary: For high school seniors who demonstrate academic excellence and show promise of continued excellence.

    Eligibility: Must be a graduating high school senior and a legal resident in the state he/she applies. Must be a U.S. citizen.
