Summary: For high school seniors who demonstrate academic excellence and show promise of continued excellence.

Eligibility: Must be a graduating high school senior and a legal resident in the state he/she applies. Must be a U.S. citizen.

Deadline: March

Amount: $1,500 per year, renewable for four years
