releases a comprehensive study on the progress of
the New Century High School Initiative. Click on the

The Special Education Tool Kit for Teachers provides
tools and strategies for inclusion, differentiated
learning, and students with IEPs.
The English Language Learners Information Packet
addresses the needs of English Language Learners in
the New Century High Schools with information and
practical tools.
Many New Century High Schools are clustered into
campuses within a single building. The tools below
are designed to help strengthen the campus unit and
create a strong culture that is respectful of each
school’s individuality.
New Visions has found the important knowledge, proven
practices and lessons have emerged from the NCHSI
school creation and support process. We are capturing
this information in guides, tools and publications,
which are distributed to a wide audience to support
high school transformation across New York City, the
state and country.
