Teacher Grants and Fellowships

• New Visions teachers are eligible for grants and fellowships through the Fund for Teachers and the Transatlantic Schools Innovation Alliance programs. By funding these awards, New Visions encourages teachers to explore their goals and interests while deepening their mastery of content areas, developing new instructional strategies and cultivating professional relationships with other teachers.

Leadership Development

• New Visions uses a professional development model that cultivates exceptional teachers and helps them become true agents of change in their schools. The organization supports teachers’ growth by providing direct assistance, workshops, leadership training and formal certification programs.
