New Visions seeks talented and dedicated educators with great instructional skills, experience and energy to join its network of schools.

New Visions’ schools offer rigorous learning environments that support teachers in meeting each student’s learning needs. With the collaboration of school leadership, New Visions staff and partnering community organizations, teachers engage students in highly personalized, innovative and authentic learning experiences. The focus is on graduating all students prepared for success in career and college.

A streamlined online process allows prospective teachers to apply for multiple positions within the New Visions network of schools with just one application. Candidates submit professional histories and teaching preferences that allow New Visions to facilitate close matches between schools and candidates. All New Visions schools are part of the New York City Department of Education (NYCDOE), and teachers are employees of the NYCDOE. New Visions teachers receive the same salary, benefits and retirement package as all New York City public school teachers.
