2 things you should know about coming here

  • FDA II is a uniform school. Scholars must wear the “Dress for Success” uniform daily.
  • All incoming 9th grade scholars are expected to attend our Summer Bridge program in July.

How to get in

For new 9th grade students, the school offers admission via Education Option, which reserves a proportion of seats based on 7th grade ELA reading exam scores. Priority is given to continuing 8th graders, then to students in Districts 3 or 5 and then to NYC residents. Email for Open House information.

FDA II is a host school for the New Visions-Queens College Urban Teacher Residency.
