A Message from the Principal
It is with great joy that I welcome you to AMS III. Our school is a family comprising students, parents and our very hard-working staff. We provide our scholars with experiences that challenge them to define their dreams and transform those dreams into attainable goals.
We hold our scholars to the highest expectations. I ask each member of the AMS III family to make a covenant to uphold and support each other in their work. Let us always maintain a central focus on providing a world-class, 21st century education for our scholars.
We believe these five values will train our scholars to become successful: hard work, fairness, honesty, loyalty and respect.
We hope that you’ll consider coming to experience our school for yourself.
Nissi Jonathan, Principal
Since we are a new, small school, after-school activities and clubs are determined based on student interests. Students have the opportunity to try out for PSAL sports on the Sheepshead Bay campus team.
Important things for parents to know
We are committed to the personal, social and emotional well-being of our students and provide a caring and supportive learning environment that facilitates student growth. Through a strong school counseling and advisory program, we will address the barriers that impede student learning. Students are required to wear the uniform daily. They also have the advantage of an extended day for more learning time.
About our campus
We are a small school co-located on the Sheepshead Bay campus in Brooklyn, providing our students with the opportunities and amenities that come with attending a large high school. Students on campus will share resources and work cooperatively with one another for the fostering of the campus community.
AMS III is easily accessible using public transportation:
