How to Apply

Applying to Our School for September 2018

We are currently accepting applications for students entering 9th and 10th grade in September 2018. Admission is by lottery. We do not require exams, essays or interviews. We welcome applications from English language learners and students with special needs.

You can fill out an application online, in person or by mail. The deadline to apply is Monday, April 2, 2018 by 11:59 p.m.

Certain conditions can increase your odds of being selected in the lottery. Siblings of current students are automatically accepted if they indicate their sibling’s name on their application. Children of current school employees receive preference in the lottery.  Preference is also given to residents of school district 10 (proof of address is required). If siblings apply at the same time and one is accepted, all other siblings are automatically accepted.

All students are admitted through a randomized lottery. When you apply, your name is entered into our school’s lottery for enrollment in the 2018-2019 academic year. Learn more about how our lottery works here.

4. What's next after I apply?

You will receive an email and/or text message confirming that we’ve received your application. In the meantime, come visit us! Attend an Open House or schedule a school tour. Be sure to look out for your lottery invitation in April.
