Nash U- October 15, 2025
A college and career readiness workshop series open to all Nashers and alumni. Participants gain confidence navigating their post-secondary plans––whether that’s college, a career training program, or the workforce. With 16 workshops on topics ranging from financial aid and applying to college to interviewing and networking, Nash U supports each participant in developing the tools they need to thrive on their own unique journey and prepares them to lead with purpose in their communities and beyond. Eligibility: Must identify as a woman or gender-expansive person of color and be 14 years and older. This program is open to Alumni.

Siblinghood Academy- Deadline Oct 17, 2025
An afterschool year-long program where young people are encouraged to explore their leadership skills and abilities through SNLP-style classes. Each class is designed to have Nashers think about identity, womanism, important social concepts, building healthy relationships, and more, in creative ways.
Eligibility: Must identify as a young woman or gender-expansive young person in 9th – 12th grades who lives in New York City or Newark and can attend in-person programming once a week.

Leadership Scholars- Deadline Oct 17, 2025
A year-long program designed to help young people explore who they want to be and what they want to do after high school, by developing leadership skills core to post-secondary success. Nashers learn about different leadership styles, build confidence, resilience, and creative problem-solving skills, and apply them through facilitation, public speaking, and college and career exploration.
Eligibility: Must identify as a young woman or gender-expansive young person in 10th or 11th grade who lives in New York City or Newark and can attend in-person programming once a week.
