As a partner to the largest charter high school network in NYC and a large network of district secondary schools, we can help you find a position that is tailor-made for you! New Visions currently supports over 700 schools citywide with school management tools, instructional resources and coaching, and more. This currently includes 9 charter high schools in Brooklyn, the Bronx, and Queens; and 71 district high schools in all five boroughs that are part of our Affinity network. As a teacher in the New Visions network, you’ll make an impact on the lives of young people who need it the most. You’ll also learn from inspiring leaders, collaborate with passionate colleagues and benefit from the great student planning tools, award-winning curriculum and professional learning offered by New Visions!

Our Schools
We support a network of charter high schools that are college and career preparatory high schools that are committed to helping all students gain the skills that they will need to succeed after they graduate. We are currently supporting recruitment for opportunities for the 2023-2024, and the 2024-2025 school year.
New Visions Affinity Network of Schools (DOE): In 2007, we were chosen by the New York City Department of Education to operate a portfolio of schools across the city. Today, we work with 71 district public schools, serving approximately 40,000 students in all five boroughs of the city. Apply for the 2024-2025 school year!
